How long can I keep the doppler on my tummy to hear the baby's heart beat?
i'm renting fetal heart doppler thingy and i know i'm gonna over use it. i'm home all day (don't work) and i'll probably strap that thing on my belly and just do stuff around the house with it on (a bit of exageration but still).
n e way, i haven't read anywhere that listening to your babys heart tones can be harmfull for the baby. i heard that too many ultrasounds can be bad but even that is questionable.
so, my question is, can i strap it on and listen to it for hours at a time? (yes i stocked up on batteries), or just listen a little bit each day.
You can strap it on and listen as much as you want too..there is no harm to he baby from it at all it just amplifies the sounds that can be heard in your uterus...
